Cases where returns/exchanges are possible

You may cancel within 7 days of receiving the written contract. If delivery starts later, within 7 days of receiving the goods or the start of supply.

Cases where returns/exchanges are not possible

If the goods are lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility (except where packaging was opened to check the goods).

If the value of the goods has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption.

If the value of the goods has significantly decreased over time such that resale is difficult.

If the packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged/opened.

For made-to-order items where cancellation is expected to cause irrecoverable loss to the seller and prior consent was obtained.

If provision of digital content has begun (however, for separable services/digital content, you may cancel the portion that has not started).

If you change your mind and request an exchange/return, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
